1. Introduction

Welcome to Shynex Detailers. By using our services, booking through our platform, or interacting with our business in any way, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

Shynex Detailers offers both mobile and in-shop car detailing services in Calgary and surrounding areas. Our services include both interior and exterior detailing, tailored to meet the specific needs of your vehicle. These services may include, but are not limited to, interior vacuuming, steam cleaning, exterior washing, waxing, leather conditioning, and more. We deliver mobile services at the customer’s chosen location for maximum convenience, or you can visit our shop for a full detailing experience.

3. Booking and Appointments

All appointments are booked through our online platform, via phone, or through text messaging. We aim to arrive within the scheduled time window; however, delays due to traffic or weather conditions may occur. Customers will be notified if there are any delays.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.

Business Cancellations: Shynex Detailers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers promptly if such situations arise.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and e-transfer as forms of payment. An invoice or receipt will be provided after the job is completed.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Customers are required to provide accurate information during the booking process, including service details, location, and contact information.

Vehicle Accessibility: The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time of service. In the event the vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible, Shynex Detailers reserves the right to charge a no-show fee.

Pre-Existing Conditions: Shynex Detailers is not responsible for any damages to the vehicle that were present prior to the service. Customers should inform us of any pre-existing conditions during the booking process.

6. Liability

While Shynex Detailers takes great care in delivering high-quality service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages to vehicles or for the loss of personal items. We are also not liable for damages caused by uncontrollable external factors such as severe weather conditions or accidents.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided after the job is completed. However, if the service was not delivered as described or agreed upon, we will make every effort to address the issue and rectify it in a timely manner.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process is used solely for communication and service delivery purposes. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

Shynex Detailers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
